Mr. William Hung is Executive Director and Executive Vice President, MedTech of TIME Interconnect Technology Group. He co-leads the Hong Kong chapter of the HoloMedicine® Association, fostering collaboration among clinicians, engineers, and industry leaders to advance the safe adoption of holographic and spatial-computing technologies in healthcare. He is an Executive Committee Member of the Medical Engineering & Innovation Council (MEIC) under the Federation of Hong Kong Industries, a Steering Committee Member of the CityUHK Industrial and Business Leaders Circle, and a Board Member of the National Association of Sessional GPs (NASGP). Mr. Hung is committed to driving medical technology innovation and strengthening partnerships between healthcare and industry.

Dr. Simon Cua is the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of TIME Interconnect Technology Limited (HKEX: 1729), a Hong Kong-listed company with more than 30 years of electronic industry experience. He serves as Co-Chairman of the Medical Engineering & Innovation Council (MEIC) under the Federation of Hong Kong Industries; a Member of the Advisory Board of the Centre for Health AI Research and Translation (CHART) at HKU Medical Centre; a Member of the Life and Health Technology (LHT) Cluster Advisory Group of Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation; and a Member of the Ivey Asian Advisory Board of the Ivey Business School, Western University. In recognition of his leadership and entrepreneurial achievements, Dr. Cua was named an EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2024. He is a strong advocate for the commercialisation and translation of medical technologies, fostering collaboration between industry, healthcare, and academia to drive innovation and improve patient outcomes.
