Rajeshwari Kanesin is a healthcare and technology leader with more than 15 years across research, product development, consulting, and management. A passionate advocate for 5G-enabled patient care, she works at the intersection of digital health and Malaysia's national 5G ecosystem (Digital Nasional Berhad, DNB), and is a sought-after speaker and consultant on healthcare digitisation and 5G. She drives partnerships across hospitals, technology providers, and government bodies to expand access to certified mixed-reality and digital-health solutions across the Asia-Pacific region.

Professor David J. O'Regan is a Professor in the Medical Education Research and Development Unit at the Faculty of Medicine, Universiti Malaya, where he leads work in curriculum development and assessment across undergraduate and postgraduate education. A surgeon and internationally recognised leader in surgical training, he is associated with the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh's Faculty of Surgical Trainers and instigated the Silver Scalpel Award to honour the UK's finest surgical trainer. He is also founder of the Black Belt Academy of Surgical Skills, a global community across 113 countries that adapts the principles of martial arts to help surgeons hone their craft - a philosophy that makes him a natural champion of immersive, 3D approaches to surgical education.
