    The HoloMedicine® Association relaunches as XR returns

    After Microsoft discontinued the HoloLens in April 2024, see-through holographic hardware all but disappeared and many of the field's largest players stepped back. With Apple and Google's Android XR bringing a new generation of devices to market from December 2025, extended reality is firmly back, and the HoloMedicine® Association relaunches to lead its safe clinical adoption.
